AARIS eStore is operated by AARIS Group, a family-run business based in 94/9H1 Azad Nagar, Suramangalam, Salem – 636005, Tamil Nadu, India. We sell consumer electronics, mobile phones, home appliances, kitchen appliances, furniture and provide online services such as e-Sevai, DTH/Wi-Fi/OTT plans and training through AARIS Academy.
The Website is intended for users aged 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and accepting responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
We attempt to display product information (including images and colours) accurately, but we do not guarantee that the Website’s content is error-free or that the product colour exactly matches the image shown.
Product availability, pricing and specifications may change without prior notice. Prices shown are MRP/offer price as stated on the product page unless specified otherwise.
All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, netbanking, PhonePe, Razorpay, etc.). AARIS eStore is not responsible for payment declines due to bank authorization limits or other bank-side reasons.
For any payment method, transaction processing and settlement are handled by the respective payment provider; AARIS does not store full card details on our servers.
If AARIS eStore offers a Wallet feature, it is a prepaid instrument linked to your account. Wallet balance does not earn interest.
Wallet top-up limits and refund policies will be described on the Wallet page. Refunds from Wallet balances will be processed without interest within the stated timeframe.
We may accept or refuse any order at our sole discretion (for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing error, or non-compliance with our policies).
You may cancel an order before dispatch. For prepaid orders cancelled by you before dispatch, refunds will be processed to the original payment method as per our Refund Policy.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you and refund any amounts paid by you.
Shipping terms and delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier except where law or contract provides otherwise. For any shipping queries, contact customer support.
Returns and replacements are governed by our Return & Replacement Policy and manufacturer warranty terms. Certain products may be non-returnable; please check the product page.
Manufacturer warranty claims will be processed according to the brand’s warranty terms; AARIS eStore will assist customers with warranty service where possible.
All content on this Website (text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software) is owned or licensed by AARIS Group and protected under copyright, trademark and other IP laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute material from this Website for commercial purposes without written permission from AARIS Group.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service that gave rise to the claim.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Salem, Tamil Nadu, unless otherwise required by law.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
