Please read the following return and replacement terms carefully.
Products once sold cannot be returned, except under approved conditions (e.g., product damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered).
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
A valid purchase invoice or proof of payment is required.
Requests for return must be raised within 3 days of delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp (+91-8825564290) or email (mail2ithris@gmail.com).
Replacement is available only if the product:
Arrives in damaged condition, or
Has a manufacturing defect confirmed after inspection.
Replacement approval is subject to verification by the AARIS eStore support team.
If the same product is unavailable, a replacement of equal value or store credit/refund may be offered within 3 to 10 days.
All products sold through AARIS eStore are covered under manufacturer warranty (where applicable).
Warranty terms, service center coverage, and repair/replacement procedures are governed by the respective brand’s warranty policy.
AARIS eStore assists customers in claiming warranty service through authorized partners.
Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, or bank transfer).
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake from our end.
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
Used or installed electronic items
Digital or e-service purchases (e.g., OTT, DTH, Wi-Fi plans)
Products damaged after delivery
Items without original packaging or missing accessories
