Shipping / Delivery Area

Currently, delivery of products purchased on https://aarisestore.in is available across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
We are expanding our reach soon — once additional locations are covered, we will update this page.

Delivery Timelines

  • Products will be delivered within 3–5 working days from the date of confirmed order,
    subject to successful payment and product availability.

  • For pre-orders or out-of-stock products, delivery may take 7–10 days.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to natural calamities, strikes, or courier issues beyond our control.
    However, AARIS eStore will always take every step to ensure timely delivery.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary depending on product category and delivery location.

Products with Free Shipping:
✅ Mobiles & Accessories (above ₹999)
✅ Appliances & Furniture (within Salem city)
✅ Online service or digital products

For smaller items or outstation deliveries, a nominal charge between ₹50–₹150 may apply, which will be shown during checkout.


Multiple Product Orders

If multiple products are purchased in a single order, all items will be shipped to one address only.
If you wish to deliver to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.


Serviceable Areas

Before checkout, your PIN code will be verified with our delivery database.
If your area is not serviceable, we will request an alternate shipping address within Tamil Nadu or Puducherry.


Delivery Process

Once your order is placed:

  1. Products are inspected and quality-checked before packing.

  2. After passing final checks, they are securely packed with protective materials.

  3. Our delivery team or trusted logistics partner will deliver your product safely.

  4. Delivery can be made to any authorized person present at the address you provided.


Packaging Quality

We take pride in our packaging quality.
Every product is securely wrapped using bubble wrap, shrink film, or cardboard boxing to ensure safe delivery without damage.

International Delivery

Currently, AARIS eStore does not deliver products outside India.
However, international customers are welcome to order using a valid shipping address within Tamil Nadu or Puducherry.

  • AARIS eStore shall not be responsible for any delay caused by courier services or unforeseen events.

  • You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or wallet within 5–7 working days of successful cancellation.
